Workshop for gourmets in France

This special course is for everyone who is interested in cooking and who likes to know more about different traditions in cooking of various regions. First of all an entering about the cooking in the Bretagne will take place from the preparation of the dishes until the degustation of the cooked meals. The participants can exchange their ideas about different traditions of cooking in Europe. There will also be offered a workshop about traditional backing of bread, a workshop about the preparation of seafood and other delicacies. At the end of the course the participants will cook different meals for the local people, they will also cook their own recipes.

The travel expenses, accommodation and food will be paid by the responsible people of the course. Knowledge of French is mandatory, because the course will be held in French.

Period: 6th September to 15th September 2010.

Workcamp Video, Festival and Capoiera

French Speaking Camp

Several local organisations of Clermont-Ferrand decided to group together to organize an international Capoiera festival. Masters, practising and Capoeira lovers will be hosted in Clermont-Ferrand and its area. A sporty and international atmosphere is waiting for you.

You will participate in the festival advertising video shooting: filming, montage...and sharing your film at the last evening show. You may also give some help during the festival. You will be hosted in the building of a local organisation, a few kilometres away from Clermont-Ferrand, you will share the space with other people but a special area will be dedicated to your group. A minibus will help you to travel.

Special Requirements: A great experience for video and filming lovers.
