Workcamp Switzerland arranges voluntary missions in Switzerland and all over the world. The projects range from gardening and language lessons to animal care and cultural events – there are no limits to diversity. Workcamp Switzerland offers people of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to volunteer.
Le «Quartier des Générations» – an innovative and community-oriented senior citizens’ residence – aims to revitalize its site. The tasks of the volunteers will include:
– Construction of a winter hiking trail
– Preparation of seedlings for the garden
– Indoor social activities with seniors
– Computer support for seniors
This camp will take place in Vikings Village not far from Tallinn and combined with traditional Fire Artists mini-festival by the end of it. The work is mainly physical involving some building from wood, installation and dismantling works in winter conditions yet in quite exotic surrounding!
Do you want to spend two weeks getting creative in an artistic and international environment? Then come to Stolpe, where a former cement factory waits to be transformed by you into a new and exciting art space! Volunteers can take part in dance workshops in the morning and do really artive and creative tasks in the afternoon. Weekend trips can go to Berlin or even Poland. Age: 16-26
